ABOUT FBP WORKS

A native of Southern California Josh Beckman founded FBP Works in 2015 having previously worked at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles designing and building exhibits. With a background in painting, sculpture and fabrication his lifelong practice as a maker led him to working in ceramics as his primary medium for creative expression. His exploration of form color and texture is driven by a keen interest in materials and processes along with his strong connection to the outdoors and the perpetual inspiration found in natural environments.
